⅓ C Onion, coarsely chopped
¼ C Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbls Soy Sauce

Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat, add Beans and Onion. Cook stirring occasionally until beans are crisp, tender and blackened in spots. This should take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients down to the Sesame Seeds. You can use 2 tsp Chinese Chili Paste with Garlic in place of Red Pepper Flakes.

Stir in Water, as needed, until sauce has consistency of cake batter. Set aside.

Remove Beans from heat, add Sauce and stir until coated. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Transfer to serving dish and garnish with Sesame Seeds.

Note: You could roast Green Beans by drizzling them with EVOO and near the end, add the sauce and return to oven to finish cooking.
