Marinade:
1c rosé wine
½ c orange juice
½ c finely chopped onion
¼ c chilli sauce
¼ c cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp friend oregano, crushed
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

2 lbs. boneless lamb, cut into 2" cubes
5 oz fresh whole mushrooms
2 green pepper, cut into 1" squares
1 container cherry or grape tomatoes
1 jar or can pearl onions (boiled)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over lamb in a bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in fridge. Drain and reserve marinade. Cook vegetables in oven with marinade at 350º for 20 minutes or until roasted. Put lamb on skewers and grill.

The amount of vegetables can be varied. Mushrooms are my favorite. Use what you have around. This was always a special meal.
