2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1½ c oil
3 c shredded or grated carrots
1 c pecans

Frosting:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 stick margarine
½ bag powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift powdered ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients together and blend with dry ingredients. Stir in carrots and pecans. Put parchment paper in bottom of pan, spray edges well. Bake cake for 30 minutes at 325º While cake bakes, cream together cream cheese, vanilla & margarine for frosting. Add powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Spread on cake when cooled.
