2 lbs ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
1 McCormick chili season packet
1 can corn, drained
1 can of kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 diced garlic clove
1 bay leave
1tsp oregano
Optional: noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ground beef and drain the grease Add pepper, tomatoes, corn, beans, spices and chili seasoning to the ground beef in a kettle. Simmer on low at least one hour (see note). If desired, add noodles, sour cream and cheese.
