8 oz filet, one per person
1/2 bottle of Mocoto Veneto, Primo Amore, Italia (BevMo)
1 Large fresh naval orange (Zest)
1/8 cup of butter
Garlic Powder & Onion Powder
1 or 2 squirts of Agave

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pan
2.. Add wine, orange zest, agave and garlic and onion powders
3. Boil 2-3 minutes
4. Add fish skin side up and bring back to boil. Flip fish over.
5. Cover and Watch Carefully! Fish internal temperature should be 140 degrees ~ about 20 minutes
5. Remove fish. Add more zest. Reduce sauce.
6 Pour sauce over fish
