Hot dogs of your choice
onions approx. one onion for every two or three dogs
ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions very thin
In a non stick skillet cook onions until they are soft
Add hot dogs cook until browning and onions are caramelizing
Add ketchup and cook until sticky.

Serve on steamed buns.

My father made these in a cast iron pan on the wood stove, When my brothers and I were older my dad still made them, and I continue the tradition,
