1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry chili seasoning mix
˝ small head of cabbage, finely shredded
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
1 cup finely diced onion
8 T. mayonnaise
8 tsp. yellow mustard

Directions:
Brown beef, drain and add chili seasoning and cook according to pkg. directions. Season cabbage with salt and pepper, set aside. Meanwhile cook hot dogs. Prepare buns with mustard on 1 side, mayo on other side. Insert dog, spoon meat mixture on 1 side of dog, cabbage on the other side. Sprinkle with onions on the top of dog and serve.
