Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz. Old El Paso "Original" Refried Beans
12 oz. Guacamole Dip (or 2 avocados mashed with lemon juice) - I used Dean's Dip
1 C. Sour Cream
½ C. Mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 Pkg. Ortega Taco Seasoning (1.25 oz.)
¼ C. Picante Sauce or Salsa (don't make too thin just enough for a little zip)
1 Can of Med. Sized Pitted Black Olives (drained and chopped up)
3 Green Onions (rinsed and chopped)
2 Ripe Tomatoes (chopped up) - I used the small grape tomatoes - between 10 & 15
3 ½ oz. Can of Pitted Black Olives (I chopped up more and Megan ate the rest)
8 oz. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (finely shredded - smaller holes on grater)
8 oz. Swiss Cheese (finely shredded - smaller holes on grater)

Glass dish with lower sides (size of 9X13 or a little larger). If taking to a party purchase low sided tin foil or "fun" plastic pan and when done you can throw away! Dollar Store purchase ;)

Here are your 7 Layers....from bottom up!

Spread refried beans on serving plate

Spread Guacamole Dip on refried beans

Mix together Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Taco Seasoning & ¼ C. of Picante Sauce - not too much Picante sauce to make it too thin; start by adding a tablespoon at a time to get your consistency & taste. Stir after each spoonful. Spread mixture on Guacamole.

Layer remaining ingredients in order they are listed.

Cover (toothpicks and plastic wrap) and refrigerate overnight - serve with Tortilla Chips!

Personal Notes:
Megan would sit and eat this all by herself....until she married the LOVE of her LIFE...James Schriber! I made this for their visit to Loveland, Ohio one weekend....they told me the following morning they were BOTH down in the kitchen scooping and eating it at 1:00 a.m. in the morning - brought tears to my eyes & made my heart proud!
