2 6oz jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
1 garlic clove, pressed
½ C sour cream
½ C mayo
¾ C grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375º

Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts

Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients.

Spoon into mini bakers.

Bake 20-25 minutes, heated through

Spread on cocktail bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.
