6-7 C cooked hashbrowns
1 lb bacon
Pork sausage (I use Maple flavored)
12 eggs
Mixed blend cheese
Salt and Pepper

Diced onions
Diced peppers

Heat oven to 350

Cook hashbrown to desired crispness.
Put in large bowl
Cook bacon, cut in small pieces and add to hashbrowns
Cook Sausage (if using links, cut into small pieces, add to hashbrowns.
Mix all together.

If adding option, mix with above.
I usually stir some shredded mixed cheese into this mix.

Put into 13x9 baking dish

Mix all eggs until well blended.

Pour over hashbrown mix.

Bake approx 30-40+ minutes. If knife comes out clean, it is done.

I put shredded cheese on top and let melt in over.

Cut and serve. (I put sour cream on mine)
