Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Box Yellow or Butter Cake Mix
¾ cup of Vegetable Oil
¾ cup of Pineapple Juice
1 Small Can of Crushed Pineapples (well drained)
4 Large Eggs

GLAZE
2 cups of Powdered Sugar
¾ cup of Pineapple Juice
4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Spray non-stick cooking spray and flour a 10 to 12 cup bundt pan.

Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, and eggs in large bowl and beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Pour batter in bundt pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and cake is just starting to pull away from the sides. Allow the cake to cool in the pan while you make the glaze.

In a small saucepan, combine powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and butter.

Cook over low/medium heat until butter melts, stirring frequently.

Use a skewer or toothpick to poke holes in the cake while still in the pan.

Pour glaze over cake (it will seem like a lot of glaze, but keep pouring)

Cool for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake is cool and most of the glaze has been absorbed.

Invert cake onto a serving platter.

Personal Notes:
This cake is incredibly moist. You can use less glaze if you like.
