1 TB Butter
½ Red Pepper - Chopped
½ Onion - Chopped
2 Cups Water
1-2 Tsp Beef Broth crystals
1.5 - 2 TB's Old Bay Seasoning
Chili Beans - rinsed
2 Cups instant rice
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:

In a sauce pan saute red pepper and onion in butter until translucent. about two-minutes.

Add water, beef broth, seasonings and chili beans, bring to boil, add rice, cover and turn off heat source.

Ready in 5 minutes or so - salt/pepper to taste.
