1 cup sour cream
1 stick margarine, softened
1 stick butter, softened
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups sugar
½ tsp. baking soda
⅛ tsp. salt
6 large eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

3. Add 1/3 of the dry mixture into the creamed butter and sugar, then 1/2 of the sour cream and vanilla. Repeat until everything is combined (Note: You should begin and end with the dry mixture.) Beat on low until just blended. Pour into a greased and floured (Baker's Joy) 10 inch Bundt Pan.

4. Place the filled Bundt Pan into a cool oven, turn the oven to 325º F and bake for 1¼ to 1½ hours or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Top with sprinkled confectioners' sugar or flavored icing if desired.
