2-4 Large Unpeeled Potatoes Cut into Wedges
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

Guacamole:
2 Ripe Medium Avocados
¼ Cup Sour Cream
2 Green Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
Salt, Sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Put potato into large bowl. Drizzle with cooking oil. Toss until coated. Sprinkle with seasoning. Toss until coated. Arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F in oven for about 45 minutes. Makes 24 wedges.

Guacamole:
Mash avocados in medium bowl until smooth then add remaining six ingredients. Mix well. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of guacamole.

1 Serving is about 266 Cal.
