1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 c flour
2 c chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 375º. Cream together 1 cup (softened) butter and 1 cup brown sugar.
Stir in 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt. Add 2 cups flour and mix well.
Pat into a 10x15 inch pan. Bake till top is brown (about 10 - 15 minutes). While hot, top with sweet chocolate or 2 cups chocolate chips and sprinkle on chopped walnuts
