Personal Notes:
I usually filet my filet catfish again, I do this because I don't like fleshy fish. I think this allows you to fry your fish hard or crispy.
Make coleslaw or buy coleslaw and mix it with Masterpiece barbecue sauce this is what goes with this dish ( barbecue slaw) as well as fried biscuits. Use a can of buttermilk biscuits and fry it in the fish grease. Before frying biscuits use a toothpick and put a hole in them so that when they fried they will cook all the way through.Remember to keep an eye on the biscuits, you will have to keep turning them around until they become golden brown, remove and place on paper towel and place paper towel on top of them as well to keep warm.
