5-7 # Brisket
1/4 cup Traeger beef rub
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 cup light brown sugar
2 quarts boiling water or beef
Broth
6 cups ice
Dissolve, salt and sugar in H2O,add ice then let cool.
Place brisket in brine & cover. Leave in brine overnight. Remove from brine, pat dry. Sprinkle with Traeger Beef Rub,1/4 cup paprika, 3 tbls brown sugar, 2 tbl kosher salt, 2 tbl garlic powder, 1 tbl black pepper, 1
Tbl onion powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 teas cayenne. Cover with foil.

Oven temperature of 250º
3 cups beef broth
Add liquid smoke, 1 tbls liquid smoke per 3 cups beef broth.,garlic and onion to your tast
, Bake until
Internal thermometer reaches 155 degrees, remove foil and continue cooking until temp reaches 168 5-6 hours. Allow to rest 20 minutes.
