14 oz bag of prepared coleslaw mix
1/4 C mayo (we prefer Duke's)
4 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp poppy seed (optional)
dash of salt
dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Let sit for 4-24 hours. Give it a stir a couple of times. It will last another day or two, then it gets soggy and it's time to toss. We usually make this when we do ribs in the InstantPot or hamburgers.

I usually buy the coleslaw mix at the 99Cent store and make it quickly after purchase. Dukes mayo is available at Walmart. At least that's the only store in Las Vegas that I've found it
