Ingredients: 2 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, minced 2 slices bread, crumbled 1 egg ⅓ cup milk 4 oz canned mushrooms, drained and chopped 1 tsp basil 1 Tbsp parsley Salt and pepper Sliced ham Sliced Swiss cheese

Directions: |
Directions:Mix together all ingredients except ham and cheese. On waxed paper, pat meat mixture into approx 10 X 12 rectangle. On top, lay the ham and cheese slices. Starting at a narrow end, roll meat and seal ends well. Transfer to loaf or casserole dish. Cover meat with wax paper and hold in place with toothpicks. Microwave at 70% power for 25-30 minutes. Add 5 minutes per pound for each additional ½ pound of beef. |
