3 lb. Chuck Roast
1 cup water
5 tbsp. organic grass fed unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Season the chuck roast on all sides with salt and pepper. Place the roast in the instant pot and add the water. Place the butter on top of the roast. Place the lid on the instantpot and cook on high for 2 hours. Let the steam release for 30 minutes naturally. Remove lid and shred!
