12 whole eggs
½ pint heavy cream
2 cups sugar
¾ teaspoons salt
3 quarts milk
4 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 quarts milk in a blender or large bowl
Separate eggs adding yolks to the milk but save the whites
Add salt, sugar and vanilla to milk
Whip heavy cream very loose
Mix eggs whites with heavy cream with a mixer or blender until incorporated
Add that mixture to the milk mixture and mix with blender or mixer until incorporated
Add the remaining 1 quart milk and mix well.
Some may want to use more milk if too thick for their taste.
Keep cold and mix again before serving
