Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
cup tarragon vinegar
1 fresh garlic clove
1 white onion sliced and separated
teaspoon salt
cup olive oil
Splash of tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
1large container of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a glass or plastic container with top.

Place in refrigerator for 48 hours or more shaking to mix every 8 hours.

Once marinated to your liking, drain liquid and serve onions and mushrooms on an appetizer on relish tray or with cheese and meat.
