2 lbs fresh Brussel sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
6 pieces cooked bacon, chopped
½ c grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cut ends off sprouts and cut in half. Toss with olive oil, ¼ c parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Place on baking sheet and roast 20 - 25 minutes. Add bacon and remaining parmesan cheese
