1 spice-flavored box cake
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together using an electric hand-mixer. Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and flour the inside of pan.

Pour cake mix into Bundt pan and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.

Top with cream cheese frosting.
