8 slices of bacon
1 1/2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/3 c. freshly chopped chives
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
Pretzel sticks

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper with a mixer.

Use a cookie scoop to form mixture into 18 small balls and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

Fry bacon and chop into small pieces.

Finely chop chives and pecans.

In a shallow bowl stir together bacon, chives and pecans.

Remove refrigerated cheese balls from refrigerator and roll in the bacon, chive and pecan mixture.

Place a pretzel stick in the center of cheese ball (you can also use a toothpick)

Serve with fancy crackers.
