2 loaves frozen or homemade bread dough
2 pounds sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
1½ cups mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Thaw bread and set aside. Crumble sausage, brown and drain; let cool. In a large bowl, combine sausage, BBQ sauce, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and egg. Mix well.
Roll bread out to 15 x 16 inch size. Spread half of the sausage mixture on each loaf to with ½ inch of the edges. Water sides of bread and rollover length width, pinch and close the ends. Use scissors to make 1 inch cuts every 1½ inches. Brush with a whipped egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Be liberal with everything; it makes it better. If you want to freeze, make sure you bake it first.
