Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust.
Bake 40 minutes. Cool pie about 15 min (It will puff up some, then settle while cooling.)

Personal Notes:
This is my Mother’s recipe and she only gave me ingredients and amounts so I’ve ad libed.
I just can’t make a good Graham cracker crust from scratch so I always buy Keebler Crust. I’ve tried different brands and they are the best. If you can make a graham crust, go for it. Use Original Philadelphia as everyone else has changed their recipe ingredients and the pie doesn’t set up.
Don’t beat your ingredients too much or you’ll end up with a soufflé.
Mom’s recipe called for 1/2 tsp vanilla in the topping mix but I deviated to Almond Extract because I ❤️ almonds, and people really like it too.
Everyone has a favorite cheesecake recipe but I like this one as the cream cheese and topping are separated in the slice. When you take a bite you get the tang from the sour cream and the mellowness of the cream cheese. Best ever!
