pork loin, cut into one inch chops
poultry seasoning salt
pepper
garlic
chicken or beef broth
flour or corn starch for thickening gravy
onion, chopped or sliced
mushrooms
oil for sauteing chops

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in pan. Add seasoned chops and brown with onion. Add broth and simmer with mushrooms on top until chops are tender. Remove chops and mushrooms and thicken gravy. Put chops back in with mushrooms. Enjoy with rice, noodles or potatoes.
