7 lbs of pork butt, cut up
7 tsp salt
7 tsp fennel seeds
3 ½ tsp pepper
3 ½ tsp crushed red pepper
Sausage casings

Directions:
Directions:
Add seasonings to pint jar filled with water and mix well, then add to meat. Refrigerate overnight. Use meat grinder to grind into sausage casings.
