3 cups Cake Flour (if using regular flour, subtract 2 Tbsp. per cup)
2 cups Water
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Sugar
1½ teaspoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
⅔ cups Cocoa
¾ cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.

Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Top with whipped cream or frost with favorite icing.

Delicious without any topping, as a snack cake.
