1 Tablespoon Oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 pound steak cut in thin slices
2 tsp garlic
½ tsp minced ginger
½ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. corn starch
¼ cup water

Directions:

Heat half oil over medium high heat. Cook peppers until crisp tender about 4 min. remove and set aside. Add remaining oil and add steak. Cook in single layer until lightly brown 5-6 min Add peppers back into steak. Whisk together garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch and water, Add sauce to skillet and bring to simmer for 2-3 minutes or until thickened slightly. Add additional water as needed. Calories 246.
