½ cup low-fat milk
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
½ tsp Chia seeds

Directions:

Add oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and vanilla. Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices. Top with Chia seed, Place in fridge for a few hours or overnight. 352 calories
