1 fresh bag of baby spinach, 16-20 ounces ( optional 10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
12 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
I/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs mixed with 2 Tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
If using fresh spinach, be sure to chop up, (easy in a food processor), (otherwise drain thawed frozen spinach, press between paper towels to get the water out)
Drain the artichokes and chop finely
Combine the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, either stirring well, or use a mixer. Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, oregano and red pepper flakes,
Mix in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Place in a baking dish approx 11 x 7
Top lightly with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
