2 cups elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan combine butter and flour over medium heat. Whisk until butter has melted and texture is smooth. Slowly add milk and bring to a simmer. Add the cheeses, salt and pepper and stir until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat; add beaten egg. Stir and pour over cooked pasta. Fill mini muffin pan with mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
