2 16 oz. cans crushed pineapple
2 10 oz jars Maraschino cherries
6 cups sugar

1 box of Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup flour
1 cup of the drained fruit mixture
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts

Starter
In large container add pineapple, cherries and sugar. Use a loose fitting top. Leaving sitting on counter at room temperature. Every 10 days stir and leave sitting. Next 10 days, stir and let sit. Next 10 days stir and drain the mixture. Next day use mixture to make cake.

DO NOT USE ELECTRIC MIXER. Be sure to mix with a spatula or spoon.

Mix all cake ingredients and spoon into a greased and floured bundt pan. Cook at 300º
for 70 minutes. Surround yourself with family and friends and ENJOY!
