Ingredients: 1 package of cream cheese
1 regular container of Cool Whip
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of flour
1 1/2 stick of butter
1 4 oz. box of chocolate pudding
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of whole milk

Directions: |
Directions:Heat oven to 350º. Leave cream cheese out to soften. Chop 1 cup walnuts. Mix walnuts with flour. Prepare chocolate pudding according to label instructions. Place in refrigerator until needed.
In a 9" x 13" glass (preferably) pan, melt butter. Remove from oven and sprinkle flour and walnut mixture in bottom of pan. Place back in the oven until brown. Set aside and allow to cool. In small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with a couple of spoonfuls of Cool Whip. Mix until spreadable. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the top of the walnut crust. This will not be easy to spread without lifting the crust. Therefore, dip your utensil (spoon or spatula) in the milk which will make it easier to spread. Pour chocolate pudding on top of cream cheese mixture; spread evenly. Top chocolate pudding layer with Cool Whip; spread evenly. Top with remaining walnuts. Allow to set for up to an hour before serving. Enjoy! |
