½ cup of Best Foods Mayonnaise
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
4 teaspoons Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs, can use gluten free bread crumbs, if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Place one chicken breast half in between two pieces of wax paper or Saran wrap. Pound the chicken until it is of an even thickness entirely.

Repeat with the rest of the chicken breasts.

Combine the mayonnaise with the Parmesan cheese.

Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread one side of a chicken breast with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Flip the chicken breast, spreading the mayonnaise mixture on the opposite side and sprinkling with bread crumbs. Repeat with the rest of the chicken breasts.

Preheat oven to 425º and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
