Ingredients:

1 lb. Sliced Chicken or Beef
1 1/2 cup Sliced Napa Cabbage
1 1/2 cup sliced onions

1 1/2 cup mushrooms (I use the 5oz package of white or brown
1 1/2 cup snow peas ( de-stringed)
1 tsp. chopped hot chiles ( I leave this out and add Sirachi to taste so it starts out mild)
30 Thai Basil leaves

1-2 T. Grapeseed Oil
3 cloves garlic minced


Sauce:
2 T. Mama Sita Oyster Sauce
1 T. Fish Sauce
1/2 T sugar
1/2 T Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil is wok add Garlic and peppers. Fry till fragrant.

2 Add meat and stir fry for about 2 min.

3. Pour in sauce and bring to boil.

4. Add Cabbage, onions, mushrooms. Cook for about 2 minutes

5. Add snow peas and basil, mix well and cook but don't over cook snow peas.

6. Serve with white rice
