4-6 chicken breasts (or thighs), cooked and cubed
salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (4.5oz.) can green chilies
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 c. whipping cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 (6 oz.) cans tomatillos salsa
2 c. shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:

Salt and pepper the chicken. Cook in skillet. Set aside. Cook peppers and onions until clear and tender. Stir in green chilies and cooked chicken. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, whipping cream and salsa. Put 1/2 cup of this mixture with the chicken, peppers, onions, and chilies mixture for moisture. Heat tortillas between damp paper towels in microwave. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll. Place in 9x13 inch greased casserole dish. Pour cream cheese mixture over tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
