6 ounces half and half
1 1/2 cup salad dressing
7 ounces white vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon zehnder’s chicken, seasoning
1 head cabbage , finely shredded
1/4 cup carrot - per pound of, cabbage , shredded
1/4 cup onon - per pound of cabbage,finely chopped
1/4 cup red, cabbage, - per pound of cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup green pepper - per pound of, cabbage , finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients, except cabbage, carrots, onion and green pepper, until all solids are dissolved. Store in refrigerator. Chill before using.

Shred cabbage. Add carrots, onions, red cabbage and green peppers.

Toss in the dressing until it coats the cabbage, but doesn’t make it soggy.

Notes:
If you desire a thicker dressing, substitute sour cream for the half & Half. To cut down on the preparation time you can use the package Cole Slaw mix, shredded red cabbage & shredded carrots, all available in grocery stores.
