16 oz Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice or the juice from ½ lemon
1 to 1½ Tbsp. Fresh Dill (chopped)
2 Cucumbers (peeled and seeded)
3 Cloves Garlic peeled and crushed
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

For a smoother texture, grate the cucumber with the largest sized grater. Squeeze the water out of the grated cucumber by wrapping in paper towels and squeezing over the sink. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until you reach the desired consistency. Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours for flavors to develop.
