2 lbs ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup flour
2 tsp oil
2 (10 ¾ ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 ounce) package dry au jus mix
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix and milk. Mix well and form 8 patties. Dredge patties one at a time in the flour and fry in a skillet in oil until brown on both side. Place the patties in the crock pot staggering or layering them as needed. In a medium sized bow mix together soup, au jus mix and water. Pour mixture over the top of the patties and cover with lid. Cook in the crock pot on low for 4 hours or until cooked through and firm. If desired, you can add sliced onions and/or sliced mushrooms on top before adding the soup mixture.
