Directions:Preheat oven to 350º Spray the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish with Pam butter flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with cookie mix using a fork. Stir in the egg until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of your cookie mix. Press remaining cookie mix into the bottom of the prepared 8x8 and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour in the caramel apple filling. Smooth it out with the back of a spoon and then sprinkle evenly with reserved cookie mix. (For easy spreading- Spray a little Pam on your hands and then smooth out your sprinkled cookie topping. It's super easy and the top of the crisp will bake perfectly brown and even). Return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with some caramel sauce and serve warm with some Bluebell Homemade Vanilla. It's like you're you're tasting a little bit of heaven Y'all!

Notes: I was super lucky to run across this delectable dessert. I had a heck of time figuring it out too but when I did, boy, I really hit the nail on the head, Heather is its biggest fan but, unfortunately Tara Is Not. She's not a fan of oatmeal.....or beans. We continually try to convince her that she's missing out on this yumminess though!!
