"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Personal Notes:
I was super lucky to run across this delectable dessert. I had a heck of time figuring it out too but when I did, boy, I really hit the nail on the head, Heather is its biggest fan but, unfortunately Tara Is Not. She's not a fan of oatmeal.....or beans. We continually try to convince her that she's missing out on this yumminess though!!
