4 slices of bacon chopped
1 onion chopped
4 diced potatoes
2 pt. half & half
2½ c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 cans whole kernel corn
¼ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan cook bacon until crisp. Add onion, sauté until soft. Add potatoes, 2 c. water, salt & pepper. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add corn with half & half. Blend flour with remaining ½ c. water. Stir into chowder. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until chowder thickens and bubbles.
