1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tbsp garlic powder)
1 tablespoon whole basil or Italian seasoning
1 ½ teaspoon salt
30 ounce can crushed tomatoes
12 ounce can tomato paste
Oven-ready lasagna Noodles

2 eggs
1 ½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Brown ground beef. Add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
3. Simmer sauce on low heat while you mix up cheese mixture.
4. Beat eggs together. Add cottage cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
5. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, sauce, then mozzarella in the bottom of two 8x8 or one 9x13 pans. Repeat layers once.
6. Top with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
7. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
