1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 pkg. Jello instant lemon pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put drained fruits in salad bowl. Add coconut and pour pudding mix over the top. Stir gently until pudding mix is well mixed in. Cover and chill in the refrigerator (can't be made the day before) before serving diced bananas and apples may be added. (One can medium crushed pineapple and one medium can pineapple tidbits can be substituted for the large can of crushed pineapple). Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip before serving if desired.
