1 lb. of ground lunch ham

Butter

Onions, finally chopped or cut

Flour

Cracker Meal (bread crumbs)

Sazon – 1 packet

Milk

Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in pan at a low flame. Melt butter and add 3 tablespoons of flour and Sazon. Mix well until it forms a paste. Milk could be added to get the right consistency. Add ground ham and mix well together. Form into croquetas and put in egg wash (dip in egg then cracker meal). Fry and eat.

To make it with chicken or fish, follow same recipe. To make beef croquetas, cook meat with following condiments: onion, garlic, green pepper, salt, tomato sauce, cooking wine and bay leaf.
