Pimientos

Cumin

Bay Leaf

Tomato Sauce

Olives

Vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat together with onion, pepper, green pepper, tomato sauce, bay leaf, oregano, cumin, salt and cooking wine. When meat is cooked, grind the meat. Grind the pimientos, olives and pickles in a separate bowl. In a larger bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, olives, pickles and pimientos (do not add water from olives or pickles).
Add all together and salt to taste. Use pimiento liquid for better consistency.
