1 pound (total) raw mixed nuts - pecans, cashews, almonds and walnuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake the naked nuts on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, mix the two sugars, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne and salt. In a large bowl, beat the egg white and 1 Tbsp water until frothy. Add the nuts to the egg white mixture and toss to coat. Then toss the sugar and spice blend over the nuts. Line baking sheet with parchment, spread out nuts in a single layer and bake 15-20 minutes until the coating is set. Separate the nuts with a fork as they cool.
