6 potatoes, already baked
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
24 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
salt
pepper
scallions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubes and put half in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Put half of crumbled bacon on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread half of sour cream, half of cheddar cheese and half of mozzarella cheese on top of that.
Repeat layering one more time.
Sprinkle chopped scallions on for garnish.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
